General information

Lambert accepts Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Amex, Diner's Club, Discover, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Sezzle.


We offer free delivery for all orders of $75 or more! (before taxes and after discounts).

*Except for states mentioned in the Shipping section of our website.


The standard delivery time for shipping to the United States is between 3 to 5 business days. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times during busy periods.

*Please note that delivery time will be 5 to 7 working days during the Black Friday period.


You can change or cancel your order within one hour after placing your order by contacting us at info@designlambert.com

Please confirm the order number associated with the purchase as well as the reason for the change/cancellation.

*Please note that during the Black Friday period, you can modify or cancel your order within 30 minutes after placing your order.

For security reasons, we are unable to crack or reset codes on TSA locks. So, we invite you to execute the padlock combination from 000 to 999. This should take approximately 20 to 30 minutes. If, however, this does not resolve your problem, we invite you to contact us by email for further assistance.


Exchanges/Returns

***We unfortunately cannot accept exchanges and returns for merchandise purchased from other retailers or another online store. ***

If you purchased your Lambert through a physical or virtual retailer, please contact that retailer's after-sales service to find out their return or exchange procedure.  

RETURN BAGS AND ACCESSORIES:

If you wish to return an item purchased on designlambert.com, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Items must retain all tags and be in perfect condition. The refund will be made to the initial payment method, within a time frame which may vary between 24 and 72 hours.

You can return your order by post. Simply write to us at info@designlambert.com indicating your order number with photos demonstrating the condition of the bag if you wish a refund. We will send you the procedure as well as the Fedex documentations, as the return will have to go through border customs again. A $10 fee corresponding to the cost of the shipping label will be subtracted from the total amount of your refund. The Lambert team reserves the right to refuse a refund if it does not meet the established conditions.


EXCHANGE BAGS AND ACCESSORIES:

You can exchange your order by post. Simply write to us at info@designlambert.com including your order number, pictures demonstrating the condition of the bag and the product desired in exchange. We will send you the procedure as well as the Fedex documentations, as the return will have to go through border customs again. Once your package is received and processed at our warehouse, we will send you the product of your choice, free of charge.

*Please note that returning a package can take as many days as when it was initially delivered.


Any item purchased on sale is a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.


We invite you to contact info@designlambert.com or the retailer concerned within 24 hours of receiving your item.


As soon as your return is processed, the requested refund is issued. It may take 24 to 72 hours for the balance to appear on your bank statement.


Products

All the design of our products is made by our team in Montreal. It's a long process as all sketches are designed from scratch in-house.


Guangzhou factory, which has been working in women's accessories for 18 years, has a unique expertise in producing quality products. We also chose this factory because it matches our code of ethics.

The factory is modern and the working conditions are excellent. The facilities are safe and organized. Employees work in air conditioning, have a trendy coffee shop at their disposal and are allowed an hour nap after lunch.


No animal products are used, both in the materials of the products and in the creation process.

We also work with a new material made from grape residue.

In addition, we are very proud to have PETA certification.


The wallet Meli is too large to fit in the Gabrielle.
