Return Policy (Bags and Accessories)

I

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Items must be in perfect condition with original tags and packaging.


Refunds will be made to the original payment method, within a time frame that may vary between 24 and 72 hours. Please note that there will be a $10 return fee which will be deducted from your initial purchase.


Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received at our warehouse. If a balance is due, we will send you an invoice by email. Otherwise, we will reimburse the difference on the initial payment method within a period which may vary between 24 and 72 hours.

For all refund requests, we invite you to write to us at info@designlambert.com indicating your order number, pictures demonstrating the condition of the bag as well as the reason for the return. Once your request has been processed, we will send you the procedure to follow. Fees may apply.

 

Return Options:

By Mail
You can return your order by mail. Simply email us at info@lambertbags.com with your order number. We will provide the return procedure and a return shipping label to affix to your package. A $10 fee for the shipping label will be deducted from your total refund. Lambert reserves the right to refuse refunds if the conditions are not met.

If you wish to return a gift box purchased on lambertbags.com, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. The entire gift box must be returned, with all items included retaining their tags, protective bags, and in perfect condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Exchange Policy (Bags and Accessories)

You can exchange your order by post. We invite you to write to us at info@lambertbags.com indicating your order number as well as the name and color of the product desired in exchange. Once your request has been processed, we will send you the procedure to follow.

We unfortunately cannot accept exchanges and returns for merchandise purchased from other retailers or another online store. If you purchased your Lambert through a physical or virtual retailer, please contact that retailer's after-sales service to find out their return or exchange procedure.

You can exchange your order by mail. Simply email us at info@lambertbags.com with your order number and the product you'd like in exchange. We will provide the return procedure and a shipping label to affix to your package. Once your package is received and processed at our warehouse, we will ship your chosen replacement item free of charge.


Return and Exchange Policy (Clothing)

Your purchase can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the purchase date, provided you have retained your receipt and the items are new (unworn) with tags still attached. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If the 30-day period is exceeded, refunds can only be issued on a gift card for the amount of the returned transaction.


Price Adjustment

We offer price adjustments on items purchased at regular price from our online store within 48 hours of the purchase date, except for Black Friday and Boxing Day offers. Simply email us at info@lambertbags.com to request the adjustment.

Promotions are not valid on prior purchases.


Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from our online store can be redeemed for merchandise exclusively on lambertbags.com.
