The Win Your Dream Bag Collection Sweepstakes is sponsored by Lambert Design US LLC, referred to in these Official Rules as the “Sponsor.” Sponsor’s address: 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington Delaware 19808, United States

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 20, 2026, at 9 am EDT and ends on October 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT, referred to as the “Sweepstakes Period.” Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, as well as members of their immediate families and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to enter. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter during the Sweepstakes Period, participants must:

Limit one entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period. No purchase is necessary. Incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or multiple account entries, as well as entries that do not comply with these Official Rules, will be disqualified. Participants must continue following @lambertbags and keep their comment visible until the winner has been confirmed.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one Lambert gift card valued at $1,000 USD.

The gift card may be redeemed at lambertbags.com in accordance with Lambert’s applicable gift card terms. The gift card has no expiration date. The prize is nontransferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside its control. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

6. Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will take place on or around October first 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted only by direct message from the official @lambertbags Instagram account. The Sponsor will never ask the winner to provide credit card information or make a payment to receive the prize. The potential winner will have 48 hours from the time the message is sent to respond and provide the information required to verify their eligibility. Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to confirm their identity, age, and place of residence, and to sign an eligibility declaration and liability release where permitted by law. If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified. Another potential winner may then be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. General Conditions

By entering, each participant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and with the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to circumvent these Official Rules, manipulate the entry process, interfere with the operation of the Sweepstakes, or act in an unfair or fraudulent manner. If the Sweepstakes cannot operate as planned because of fraud, technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention, or any other circumstance beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, representatives, and agents from any claim, loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries resulting from technical issues, network interruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected from the potential winner will be used only to verify eligibility, communicate with the winner, award the prize, and meet the Sponsor’s legal obligations. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Lambert’s Privacy Policy available at lambertbags.com.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, each participant releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to the Sweepstakes. Any questions or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.

12. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal and state laws of the United States. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.
